1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spend by RevExOS ("Spend," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), including our Telegram bot (@spendntypebot) and web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Spend is an expense tracking service that allows you to:

  • Record expenses via text messages to our Telegram bot
  • Upload and process receipt and invoice images
  • Categorize and organize your spending
  • View analytics and reports through our web dashboard
  • Export your expense data

3. Account Registration

To use Spend, you must:

  • Have a valid Telegram account
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate information when requested
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free and Pro Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

  • Up to 300 expense entries per month
  • Text-based expense tracking
  • Basic analytics
  • Encrypted data storage

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan includes additional features:

  • Unlimited expense entries
  • Receipt and invoice scanning
  • Advanced analytics dashboard
  • Data export (CSV, PDF)
  • Priority support

5. Payment Terms

For Pro plan subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for Pro features. After the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per account.

5.2 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal payments or after the 14-day period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all expense data and content you submit to Spend. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the data you enter
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload any images or documents
  • Maintaining your own backups of important financial records

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency repairs or updates
  • Factors outside our control (internet outages, Telegram service issues)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • AI-extracted data from receipts will be 100% accurate
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Spend is not a financial advisor. The expense tracking and analytics provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEND AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages arising from inaccurate expense data or receipt processing

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Spend at any time by:

  • Blocking the Telegram bot
  • Requesting account deletion via /delete command or email
  • Canceling your Pro subscription

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Service or our support team

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Sending a message through the Telegram bot
  • Posting a notice on our website
  • Updating the "Last updated" date

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RevExOS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
