Upload a PDF or image of an invoice and the tool uses AI to extract header fields (invoice number, dates, vendor, customer, totals) and every line item into structured data. You can review and correct any field before adding it to your export batch.

What file types and invoice volumes does it support?

Accepted Answer

The tool accepts PDF, PNG, JPEG, and WEBP files up to 10MB, with PDFs supported up to 5 pages per invoice. There is no limit on how many invoices you can parse and add to a single export batch, subject to a free-tier limit of 20 invoices per day per user.

Can I customize which fields are included in the CSV export?

Yes. Before downloading, you can choose which header and line-item columns to include, rename column headers, and reorder them. Every invoice in your batch is combined into a single CSV file.

Is invoice data stored or saved by the tool?

Accepted Answer

No. Invoice files and extracted data are not stored on the server. Only anonymous usage metadata (timestamp, file type, page count) is logged to enforce the daily free-tier limit. Your export batch lives only in the browser tab and is cleared when you leave the page.
