Parse invoices inside Claude, ChatGPT and Codex

Hand your AI assistant an invoice PDF or image and get structured data back, with a check that the line items add up to the subtotal and the subtotal plus tax equals the total. Export as JSON or CSV. Same engine as the web app and the Chrome extension.

Install

claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Cowork

Go to Customize → Plugins, click Add, then Add marketplace → Add from a repository.
Enter prab-hub/revexos-invoice-parser and click Sync. Then open the Discover tab, search RevExOS and install RevExOS Invoice Parser.
Under Settings → Capabilities, allow network access for code execution (all domains, or add revexos.com). On Team and Enterprise plans an org owner may need to allow it.
Upload an invoice in a chat and ask Claude to parse it.

Claude Code

Then ask: "Parse ~/Downloads/invoice-4471.pdf and save the line items as CSV."

Codex

Then run /plugins in Codex, install revexos-invoice-parser, and start a new session.

ChatGPT

The plugin will be listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory once OpenAI's review is done. Until then, add the MCP server on its own: Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server, URL https://revexos.com/api/mcp, no authentication. Attach the invoice to the chat.

If the skill fails with Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden or connect_rejected, Claude's code sandbox is blocking revexos.com: allow it under Settings → Capabilities. The file is extracted with GPT-4o and not stored. See the privacy policy.
