RevExOS is a done-for-you automation practice for agencies, consulting firms, and professional services businesses. We find where revenue leaks between the quote and the collected payment, then automate the fix on top of the stack you already run.
RevExOS grew out of years of hands-on automation consulting under the CloudifyBiz name, building custom workflows for agencies and consulting firms on n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. That work kept surfacing the same pattern: the tools were fine, the CRM was fine, the accounting software was fine, but the handoffs between them were where money got stuck. A quote that never turned into a signed contract. A signed contract that never turned into an invoice. An invoice that went out correctly but was never followed up on.
We consolidated that work under RevExOS to focus specifically on that problem: the quote-to-cash cycle, treated as one system instead of three or four disconnected tools. The name reflects what we actually do now, an operating layer for revenue execution, not a general automation shop.
The principles behind every engagement
We build on the CRM, quoting, and accounting tools you already run. Ripping out a working system to install ours is the opposite of the point.
Most revenue leaks happen at the seams: quote to contract, contract to invoice, invoice to cash. We target the handoff, not just one tool in isolation.
Every engagement starts with an audit that quantifies exactly where revenue is stuck, in dollars and days, before we write a line of automation.
Our research on Q2C automation, AR benchmarks, and how AI models like Claude apply to finance workflows is public on the blog, not gated behind a sales call.
Every engagement sits somewhere on the quote-to-cash cycle: accounts receivable and collections, invoice generation and delivery, quote and proposal automation, and the CRM-to-accounting data sync that holds the rest together. We build on HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and the automation platforms most professional services firms already have (n8n, Make.com, Zapier), and we use Claude and other AI models for the parts of the workflow that need judgment, not just rules, like reading a contract clause or drafting a collections email with the right tone.
