The work started in 2023 as independent automation consulting under the CloudifyBiz name: custom workflows for agencies, accounting firms and consulting businesses on n8n, Make.com, Zapier and direct APIs. Across 100+ clients the same pattern kept coming up. The CRM was fine and the accounting software was fine, but money got stuck in the handoffs between them: a quote that never became an invoice, an invoice nobody followed up on.
