Privacy Policy

RevExOS is a quote-to-cash automation consultancy. This website offers information about our services, a blog, free tools (such as the invoice, quote, and proposal generators and the invoice parser), downloadable resources, paid guides, and a newsletter. This policy covers revexos.com and the services we provide through it.

Information you give us:

• Contact and audit forms: name, email address, company, and your message.
• Newsletter, free downloads, and tool results sent by email: your email address and, where asked, your name and company.
• Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Paid guides: your name, email address, and billing country. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Chat and email conversations you start with us.

Documents you upload to free tools: files you upload to the invoice parser, PO tools, or SOW import are sent to OpenAI's API to extract the data, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not keep a copy of the file. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train their models and is kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Please do not upload documents you are not allowed to share with a service provider.

RevExOS Invoice Parser browser extension: the extension only reads a page when you ask it to, by right-clicking or using its toolbar button. It then downloads the PDF or image you chose, or takes a screenshot of the visible part of the tab, and sends it to the same invoice parser described above. It does not read your browsing history or any page you have not asked it to parse. If you enter an email address to unlock more parses, the extension saves it in your browser so you are not asked again, and it is handled like any other email you give us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and a usage log for each free tool run (tool name, IP address, approximate location such as country and city derived from the IP address, and browser details) so we can apply fair-use limits and understand where the tools are used.

Stored in your browser only: the invoice, quote, and proposal generators save your drafts and settings in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services, downloads, and guides you ask for.
• To send the newsletter and follow-up emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To run the free tools, apply usage limits, and prevent abuse.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

• Consent: newsletter and marketing emails, and non-essential cookies (analytics, chat, RB2B). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or through Cookie settings in the footer.
• Contract: delivering paid guides and services you buy from us.
• Legitimate interests: replying to enquiries, sending the results or downloads you asked for, running the free tools and their fair-use limits, keeping the site secure, and understanding how the site is used.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and other records we must keep.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that run parts of the site for us:

• Vercel: website hosting and performance analytics.
• Supabase: database for form submissions and tool usage logs, and Google sign-in.
• Loops: newsletter and automated emails.
• Slack: internal notifications to our team when a form is submitted.
• OpenAI: extracting data from documents you upload to the free tools.
• TypeSafe: running evaluations you submit in the Jev Playground.
• Dodo Payments: checkout and delivery for paid guides.
• Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics: site usage statistics.
• Crisp: the website chat widget.
• RB2B: identifying which businesses visit the site, so we can follow up on interest in our services.
• Google Workspace: our email.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

We keep enquiries, leads, and client records for as long as needed to work with you and for our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Tool usage logs are kept for abuse prevention and reporting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

EEA and UK: you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California: you can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information. RB2B visitor identification may count as sharing under California law; you can turn it off with Cookie settings in the footer. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask for a summary of your data, its correction or erasure, and raise a grievance with us at the address below.

To make a request, email contact@revexos.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.

We use cookies for sign-in, analytics, the chat widget, and RB2B. Visitors in Europe are asked first; everyone can change their choice with Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people who need it. RevExOS is based in India, and most of our providers (listed above) store data in the United States. Where data from the EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on our providers' data processing terms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
