RevExOS Q2C Kit: quote-to-cash skills for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex
Price a deal, turn it into a contract and an order, set up billing and proration, collect the cash and recognize the revenue, all from a chat. Each skill produces a complete output on its own, and works against your real data when you connect your accounting, payments or CRM system.

Slash commands (Claude Code)
/quote · /parse-invoice · /dunning · /prorate · /revrec-schedule
RevExOS MCP connector, added automatically
parse_invoice · parse_purchase_order · match_po_to_invoice · generate_ar_collection_email · calculate_proration · build_revrec_schedule · calculate_late_payment_interest · calculate_invoice_due_date
The calculators run the same code as the free tools on this site, so the numbers match.
Install
One method per app. Each adds the skills and the RevExOS connector.
claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Cowork
- Go to Customize → Plugins, click Add, then Add marketplace → Add from a repository.
- Enter prab-hub/revexos-q2c-kit, keep Sync automatically on, and click Sync.
- Adding the marketplace installs nothing yet. Open the Discover tab, search RevExOS and install RevExOS Q2C Kit.
Claude Code
/plugin marketplace add prab-hub/revexos-q2c-kit /plugin install revexos-q2c-kit@revexos-q2c-kit
Codex
codex plugin marketplace add prab-hub/revexos-q2c-kit
- Then run /plugins in Codex, install revexos-q2c-kit, and start a new session.
ChatGPT
- The plugin will be listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory once OpenAI's review is done. Until then, add the MCP server on its own: Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server, URL https://revexos.com/api/mcp, no authentication.
In Claude, the invoice parser skill sends the file to revexos.com from the code sandbox. If it fails with 403 Forbidden or connect_rejected, allow network access for code execution under Settings → Capabilities. More fixes on the MCP setup page.
Then just ask
- “Build a quote for a $4k/month marketing retainer, annual prepay, with a 10% discount.”
- “We upgraded a customer from $12k/year to $24k/year after one month. What do we invoice?”
- “This customer is 20 days late on INV-1042 for $4,500. Draft the next email.”
- “Set up revenue recognition for a $50k annual contract with a $10k implementation fee.”
- “Check this supplier invoice against PO-4500123 and the delivery note.”
- “What payment terms and late fee should we put in our MSA?”
Try it with the sample PO and invoice in the repo's examples folder: the invoice bills 12 hours where the PO allows 10, so a three-way match should flag that line and hold $300. Revenue recognition and tax output follow the standard frameworks but don't replace your accountant's sign-off on judgment calls.
Only need invoice parsing? Use the standalone Invoice Parser skill.
