By using revexos.com, including its free tools, downloads, paid guides, and newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our automation and consulting work is scoped and priced per engagement. The scope, fees, timeline, and ownership of deliverables for any project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that project.

The free tools are provided as is, without charge. You are responsible for checking their output before relying on it. Generated invoices, quotes, proposals, extracted data, calculations, and AI evaluations can contain errors, and they are not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Some tools have usage limits. Do not use automated scripts to call the tools, try to get around limits, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

Paid guides are digital downloads delivered by email after payment through our payment provider. They are licensed for use by you and your own organization; please do not resell or republish them. If a download does not arrive or a file is faulty, email us and we will fix it. Because the product is delivered instantly, other refund requests are handled case by case.

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

The site's articles, guides, tools, and design belong to RevExOS. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. Documents you create with the free tools belong to you.

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not submit spam, malware, or other people's personal data without permission.

The site links to and relies on third-party services (for example payments, email, and scheduling). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

The site and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, RevExOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any paid guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
